Any person who willfully makes a false or fraudulent\n\nstatement in or relating to an application for membership or for the\n\npurpose of obtaining money from or a benefit in any society, upon\n\nconviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine\n\nof not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail\n\nfor not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year, or\n\nboth.\n\nB. Any person who willfully makes a false or fraudulent\n\nstatement in any verified report or declaration under oath required\n\nor authorized by this article, or of any material fact or thing\n\ncontained in a sworn statement concerning the death or disability of\n\na member for the purpose of procuring payment of a benefit named in\n\nthe certificate, is guilty of the felony of perjury, a Class D3\n\nfelony offense, and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided\n\nfor in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. Any person who solicits membership for, or in any manner\n\nassists in procuring membership in, any society not licensed to do\n\nbusiness in this state, upon conviction, shall be fined not less\n\nthan Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00).\n\nD.
