Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2802","heading":"Certificate by incorporators - Contents","body":"Such persons shall make and subscribe to a certificate setting\n\nforth therein:\n\nFirst. The name by which the association shall be known.\n\nSecond. A central office or business address.\n\nThird. That the object of the association shall be only the one\n\ncontemplated in this article.\n\nFourth. The names and addresses of at least ten persons\n\norganizing the same.\n\nFifth.
