Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2803","heading":"Filing certificate with Insurance Commissioner; officers;","body":"terms.\n\nSuch certificate shall be filed with the Insurance Commissioner,\n\nand a certified copy thereof signed by the Insurance Commissioner\n\nshall be evidence of the due incorporation and existence of such\n\nassociation for the purpose therein named, whereupon, the persons\n\nnamed in such certificate and the other members of such association\n\nmay elect a president, secretary, treasurer, and not less than five\n\nnor more than fifteen directors, and such other officers as may be\n\ndeemed necessary for the complete performance of all business and\n\nobjects of the association.
