Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2811","heading":"Annual reports to Commissioner; reissuance of","body":"certificate; fees.\n\nEvery such association shall annually, on or before March first,\n\nrender a statement in writing to the Insurance Commissioner, showing\n\nthe status of such company at the close of business on December\n\n31st, next preceding; the names and addresses of its officers; the\n\nnumber of members; amount of insurance in force; the county or\n\ncounties wherein property insured is located; the number of losses,\n\namounts claimed for losses, appraisement of loss, amounts paid to\n\nbeneficiaries, amounts collected from members, the percentage of\n\nassessments to the total amount of insurance in force; the amount of\n\nlosses due and unpaid, why unpaid; the amount of losses contested,\n\nrejected, resisted or reduced, and why so contested, rejected,\n\nresisted or reduced; and any other information which shall be\n\nrequired of it by the Insurance Commissioner, which statement shall\n\nbe sworn to by the president or vice-president and secretary. Upon\n\nreceipt of such annual statement, the Insurance Commissioner shall\n\nannually reissue a certificate to every such association, if, upon\n\nexamination he is of the opinion that such association is doing\n\nbusiness in compliance with the provisions of this article.
