The rights and powers of the attorney of a reciprocal\n\ninsurer shall be as provided in the power of attorney given it by\n\nthe subscribers.\n\nB. The power of attorney must set forth:\n\n1. The powers of the attorney;\n\n2. That the attorney is empowered to accept service of process\n\non behalf of the insurer and to authorize the Insurance Commissioner\n\nto receive service of process in actions against the insurer upon\n\ncontracts exchanged;\n\n3. The general services to be performed by the attorney;\n\n4. The maximum amount to be deducted from advance premiums or\n\ndeposits to be paid to the attorney and the general items of expense\n\nin addition to losses, to be paid by the insurer;\n\n5. Except as to nonassessable policies, a provision for a\n\ncontingent several liability of each subscriber in a specified\n\namount which amount shall be not less than one nor more than ten\n\ntimes the premium or premium deposit stated in the policy.\n\nC. The power of attorney may:\n\n1. Provide for the right of substitution of the attorney and\n\nrevocation of the power of attorney and rights thereunder;\n\n2. Impose such restrictions upon the exercise of the power as\n\nare agreed upon by the subscribers;\n\n3. Provide for the exercise of any right reserved to the\n\nsubscribers directly or through their advisory committee;\n\n4. Contain other lawful provisions deemed advisable.\n\nD.
