Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2917","heading":"Contributions to insurer","body":"\n\nThe attorney or other parties may advance to a domestic\n\nreciprocal insurer upon reasonable terms such funds as it may\n\nrequire from time to time in its operations. Sums so advanced shall\n\nnot be treated as a liability of the insurer, and, except upon\n\nliquidation of the insurer, shall not be withdrawn or repaid except\n\nout of the insurer's realized earned surplus in excess of its\n\nminimum required surplus.
