Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2918","heading":"Financial conditions; method of determining","body":"In determining the financial condition of a reciprocal insurer\n\nthe Insurance Commissioner shall apply the following rules:\n\n1. The Commissioner shall charge as liabilities the same\n\nreserves as are required of incorporated insurers issuing\n\nnonassessable policies on a reserve basis.\n\n2. The surplus deposits of subscribers shall be allowed as\n\nassets, except that any premium deposit delinquent for ninety (90)\n\ndays shall first be charged against such surplus deposit.\n\n3. The surplus deposits of subscribers shall not be charged as\n\na liability.\n\n4. All premium deposits delinquent less than ninety (90) days\n\nshall be allowed as assets.\n\n5. An assessment levied upon subscribers, and not collected,\n\nshall not be allowed as an asset.\n\n6. The contingent liability of subscribers shall not be allowed\n\nas an asset.\n\n7.
