The advisory committee of a domestic reciprocal insurer\n\nexercising the subscribers' rights shall be selected under such\n\nrules as the subscribers adopt.\n\nB. Not less than two-thirds (2/3) of such committee shall be\n\nsubscribers other than the attorney, or any person employed by,\n\nrepresenting, or having a financial interest in the attorney.\n\nC. The committee shall:\n\n1. Supervise the finances of the insurer;\n\n2. Supervise the insurer's operations to such extent as to\n\nassure conformity with the subscribers' agreement and power of\n\nattorney;\n\n3. Procure the audit of the accounts and records of the insurer\n\nand of the attorney at the expense of the insurer;\n\n4.
