Stat. tit. 36, § 36-305.1","heading":"Delinquency proceedings; appointment of personnel;","body":"exemptions.\n\nIn any proceeding commenced against an insurer pursuant to\n\nArticle 18 or 19 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the\n\npurpose of liquidating, rehabilitating, reorganizing or conserving\n\nsuch insurer:\n\n1. No former employee of the Insurance Department shall be\n\nemployed or appointed to serve in any capacity by the court to\n\nassist the Insurance Department for a period of one (1) year\n\nfollowing such employee's former employment;\n\n2. No former member of the State Legislature shall be employed\n\nto assist the Insurance Department for a period of two (2) years\n\nfollowing the expiration of such member's service in office; and\n\n3.
