The Insurance Commissioner may solicit, accept and authorize\n\nthe use of any grant made to the Insurance Department as long as the\n\nterms of the grant are carried out and the Insurance Commissioner\n\nholds the funds in trust for the purposes of carrying out the terms\n\nof the grant.\n\nB. The Insurance Commissioner must annually account to the\n\nState Auditor and Inspector for all monies or property received or\n\nextended by virtue of this section. The account shall state:\n\n1. The source of the monies or property received with the\n\nactual date of its receipt;\n\n2. The particular use or place for which it was expended; and\n\n3.
