Stat. tit. 36, § 36-307.6","heading":"Insurance Department Pharmacy Benefits Manager Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Insurance Department, to be designated the \"Insurance\n\nDepartment Pharmacy Benefits Manager Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitation,\n\nand shall consist of any monies deposited to the fund as provided in\n\nsubsection B of this section. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nthe Department for the purpose of licensing, regulating and\n\ninvestigating abuse, negligence, criminal conduct, or other\n\nviolations of insurance laws and regulations, and ensuring\n\ncompliance with the same. Warrants for expenditures from the\n\nrevolving fund shall be drawn by the State Treasurer, based on\n\nclaims signed by an authorized employee or employees of the\n\nInsurance Department, and filed with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services.\n\nB. The Department shall deposit all the monies obtained from\n\nthe licensure and regulation of pharmacy benefits managers\n\nincluding, but not limited to, any fees, fines, settlement or\n\nconsent order proceeds, or other penalties assessed and collected\n\ninto the Insurance Department Pharmacy Benefits Manager Revolving\n\nFund created in subsection A of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b93f199bb57fd82138631f1932f1a88b1bd8881da737f7cd55d680cedabde8af","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-307.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-309.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
