Stat. tit. 36, § 36-3103","heading":"Revocation or suspension of Certificate of Authority","body":"The Commissioner may, at any time, for good cause shown and\n\nafter notice and a public hearing, suspend, revoke or refuse to\n\nrenew any company's Certificate of Authority, if he finds that any\n\none or more of the following causes or circumstances exist:\n\n1. Any violation of, or noncompliance with, any provision of\n\nthis act;\n\n2. Obtaining, or attempting to obtain, any Certificate of\n\nAuthority through misrepresentation or fraud;\n\n3. Fraudulent or dishonest practices;\n\n4. Oral or written misrepresentation of the terms, benefits or\n\nprivileges of any service contract issued, or to be issued, by it or\n\nany other company;\n\n5. Insolvency;\n\n6. Willful solicitation of membership from an individual who is\n\nor has been a member of another motor service club by giving said\n\nperson credit for his years of membership with the other motor\n\nservice club;\n\n7. Waiving the enrollment fee or otherwise reducing the usual\n\nfees and charges for a new member when soliciting membership from an\n\nindividual who is or has been a member of another motor service\n\nclub; or\n\n8.
