Each motor service club operating in this state pursuant to\n\ncertificate of authority issued hereunder shall file with the\n\nCommissioner, within ten (10) days of the date of employment, a\n\nnotice of appointment of any insurance producer or limited lines\n\nproducer, resident or nonresident, appointed by the automobile club\n\nto sell memberships in the motor service club to the public. This\n\nnotification shall be upon such form as the Commissioner may\n\nprescribe and shall contain the name, address, age, sex, and Social\n\nSecurity number of such club producer, and shall also contain proof\n\nsatisfactory to the Commissioner that such applicant is not less\n\nthan eighteen (18) years of age, is of good reputation, and has\n\nreceived training from the club or is otherwise qualified in the\n\nfield of motor service club service contracts and knowledgeable of\n\nthe laws of this state pertaining thereto.\n\nB. A licensing fee for insurance producers and limited lines\n\nproducers, resident or nonresident, shall be in accordance with\n\nSection 1435.23 of this title.\n\nC. Upon notice and hearing, the Commissioner may suspend,\n\ncensure, revoke, or refuse to renew any license of a producer if he\n\nfinds as to the licensee that any one or more of the following\n\ncauses exist:\n\n1. Any violation of or noncompliance with any provision of this\n\nact;\n\n2. Obtaining or attempting to obtain any such license through\n\nmisrepresentation or fraud;\n\n3. Oral or written misrepresentation of the terms, conditions,\n\nbenefits, or privileges of any motor service club service contract\n\nissued or to be issued by the motor service club he represents or\n\nany other motor service club;\n\n4. Misappropriation or conversion to his own use or illegal\n\nholding of monies, belonging to members or others, received in the\n\nconduct of business under his license;\n\n5. Pleading nolo contendere or guilty to a felony or conviction\n\nby final judgment of a felony;\n\n6. Demonstration of incompetence sufficient in the opinion of\n\nthe Commissioner to make the producer a source of injury and loss to\n\nthe public;\n\n7. Fraudulent or dishonest practices;\n\n8. Willful solicitation of membership from an individual who is\n\nor has been a member of another motor service club by giving said\n\nperson credit for his years of membership with the other motor\n\nservice club;\n\n9. Waiving the enrollment fee or otherwise reducing the usual\n\nfees and charges for a new member when soliciting membership from an\n\nindividual who is or has been a member of another motor service\n\nclub.\n\nD.
