The annual audited financial report shall report the\n\nfinancial position of the insurer as of the end of the most recent\n\ncalendar year and the results of its operations, cash flows, and\n\nchanges in capital and surplus for the year then ended in conformity\n\nwith statutory accounting practices prescribed, or otherwise\n\npermitted, by the Department of Insurance of the state of domicile.\n\nB. The annual audited financial report shall include the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. Report of independent certified public accountant;\n\n2. Balance sheet reporting admitted assets, liabilities,\n\ncapital, and surplus;\n\n3. Statement of operations;\n\n4. Statement of cash flows;\n\n5. Statement of changes in capital and surplus;\n\n6. Notes to financial statements. These notes shall be those\n\nrequired by the appropriate NAIC Annual Statement Instructions and\n\nthe NAIC Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual. The notes\n\nshall include a reconciliation of differences, if any, between the\n\naudited statutory financial statements and the annual statement\n\nfiled pursuant to Section 311 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nwith a written description of the nature of these differences; and\n\n7. The financial statements included in the audited financial\n\nreport shall be prepared in a form and using language and groupings\n\nsubstantially the same as the relevant sections of the annual\n\nstatement of the insurer filed with the Commissioner, and the\n\nfinancial statement shall be comparative, presenting the amounts as\n\nof December 31 of the current year and the amounts as of the\n\nimmediately preceding December 31.
