Stat. tit. 36, § 36-311A.8","heading":"Audited consolidated or combined financial statements","body":"\n\nAn insurer may make written application to the Insurance\n\nCommissioner for approval to file audited consolidated or combined\n\nfinancial statements in lieu of separate annual audited financial\n\nstatements if the insurer is part of a group of insurance companies\n\nthat utilizes a pooling or one hundred percent (100%) reinsurance\n\nagreement that affects the solvency and integrity of the reserves of\n\nthe insurer and the insurer cedes all of its direct and assumed\n\nbusiness to the pool. In such cases, a columnar consolidating or\n\ncombining worksheet shall be filed with the report, as follows:\n\n1. Amounts shown on the consolidated or combined audited\n\nfinancial report shall be shown on the worksheet;\n\n2. Amounts for each insurer subject to this section shall be\n\nstated separately;\n\n3. Noninsurance operations may be shown on the worksheet on a\n\ncombined or individual basis;\n\n4. Explanations of consolidating and eliminating entries shall\n\nbe included; and\n\n5.
