The Insurance Commissioner may take depositions, subpoena\n\nwitnesses or documentary evidence, administer oaths, and examine\n\nunder oath any individual relative to the affairs of any person\n\nbeing examined, or relative to the subject of any hearing or\n\ninvestigation.\n\nB. All administrative subpoenas shall be served in the same\n\nmanner as if issued from a district court or in accordance with the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act.
