Any person aggrieved by a final order of the Insurance\n\nCommissioner may obtain judicial review in accordance with the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act. The venue of any such action shall\n\nbe in the district court of Oklahoma County. A copy of such\n\npetition shall also forthwith be served upon the Insurance\n\nCommissioner and other parties in interest, if any, and the\n\nInsurance Commissioner shall thereupon certify and file in such\n\ncourt a transcript of the record of such hearing and a copy of the\n\norder appealed from.\n\nB.
