There shall be collected at the time of filing of a report,\n\na fee payable by each insurer required to file a report under\n\nSection 101 et seq. of this title, provided the insurer's total\n\nwritten premium per liability category exceeds the requisite filing\n\nfee, which shall be Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) for each periodic\n\nclaims report required by Section 1250.9 of this title.\n\nB. All public requests for information provided by this act\n\nshall be in writing. All requests for copying such data shall be in\n\nwriting and may be provided to the requestor after such reasonable\n\ntime to process such copying and shall be at such costs as provided\n\nin Section 321 of this title or, if computerized printouts are\n\nnecessary, at such reasonable costs as established by the\n\nCommissioner, or if such items cannot be reproduced by the\n\nCommissioner, then such information may, after notification to the\n\nrequestor, be sent to a private contractor, and such costs shall be\n\npayable by the requestor.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f9417665d8322d958013d8fbf5c54398c9c15818d90d0248aae1085654c9ecf0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-321","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-322"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
