Stat. tit. 36, § 36-322","heading":"Violations — Penalties","body":"The Insurance Commissioner may, if the Commissioner finds that\n\nany person or organization has violated the provisions of any\n\nstatute, rule, bulletin, or order for which the Commissioner has\n\njurisdiction, impose a penalty of not more than Five Thousand\n\nDollars ($5,000.00) for each such violation.
