No insurer which writes physicians' or hospitals'\n\nprofessional liability insurance shall, in a policy of insurance or\n\nin a rider, endorsement, or other amendment of or addition to a\n\npolicy of insurance or by any means, attempt to restrict, control,\n\nor otherwise interfere with any agreement between a patient and a\n\nhospital or between a patient and a physician regarding recording of\n\na birth or ultrasound on video tape or disc, or otherwise.\n\nB.
