Two or more authorized insurers may jointly issue, and shall\n\nbe jointly and severally liable on, an underwriters' policy bearing\n\ntheir names. Any one insurer may issue policies in the name of an\n\nunderwriter's department and such policy shall plainly show the true\n\nname of the insurer.\n\nB. Two or more insurers may, with the approval of the Insurance\n\nCommissioner, issue a combination policy which shall contain\n\nprovisions substantially as follows:\n\n1. That the insurers executing the policy shall be severally\n\nliable for the full amount of any loss or damage, according to the\n\nterms of the policy, or for specified percentages or amounts\n\nthereof, aggregating the full amount of insurance under the policy,\n\nand\n\n2. That service of process, or of any notice or proof of loss\n\nrequired by such policy, upon any of the insurers executing the\n\npolicy, shall constitute service upon all such insurers.\n\nC. Two or more insurers may, with the approval of the Insurance\n\nCommissioner, issue a combination policy wherein the subject of\n\ninsurance is insured against specific risks or perils. In such\n\npolicy the liability for specific risks or perils assumed by each\n\ninsurer shall be clearly set out, and each insurer shall be liable\n\nonly for the risks or perils specifically assumed.\n\nD.
