Binders or other contracts for temporary insurance may be\n\nmade orally or in writing, and shall be deemed to include all the\n\nusual terms of the policy as to which the binder was given together\n\nwith such applicable endorsements as are designated in the binder,\n\nexcept as superseded by the clear and express terms of the binder.\n\nB. No binder shall be valid beyond the issuance of the policy\n\nwith respect to which it was given, or beyond ninety (90) days from\n\nits effective date, whichever period is the shorter.\n\nC. If the policy has not been issued a binder may be extended\n\nor renewed beyond such ninety (90) days with the written approval of\n\nthe Insurance Commissioner, or in accordance with such rules and\n\nregulations relative thereto as the Commissioner may promulgate.\n\nD.
