Stat. tit. 36, § 36-3630","heading":"Claims administration not waiver","body":"Without limitation of any right or defense of an insurer\n\notherwise, none of the following acts by or on behalf of an insurer\n\nshall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any provision of a policy\n\nor of any defense of the insurer thereunder:\n\n1. Acknowledgment of the receipt of notice of loss or claim\n\nunder the policy.\n\n2. Furnishing forms for reporting a loss or claim, for giving\n\ninformation relative thereto, or for making proof of loss, or\n\nreceiving or acknowledging receipt of any such forms or proofs\n\ncompleted or uncompleted.\n\n3.
