Stat. tit. 36, § 36-3634.2","heading":"Prescription drug coverage - Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Co-payment\" means a type of cost sharing whereby insured or\n\ncovered persons pay a specified predetermined amount per unit of\n\nservice with their insurer paying the remainder of the charge. The\n\nco-payment is incurred at the time the service is rendered.
