A health insurance plan or policy or health maintenance\n\norganization providing prescription drugs as a covered benefit shall\n\nprovide a pharmacy or group of pharmacies with the right to bid on a\n\nperiodic basis, but not less than every three (3) years, on any\n\npharmacy contract to provide pharmacy services, including, but not\n\nlimited to, prescription drugs.\n\nB. Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to preclude a\n\nhealth insurance plan or policy or health maintenance organization\n\nfrom establishing an open pharmacy network for the provision of\n\npharmacy services, including, but not limited to, prescription\n\ndrugs.\n\nC.
