Stat. tit. 36, § 36-3648","heading":"Date for compliance with act","body":"The provisions of the Life, Accident and Health Insurance Policy\n\nLanguage Simplification Act shall apply to all policy forms subject\n\nto said act filed on or after January 1, 1990, and no policy form\n\nshall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after\n\nJanuary 1, 1992, unless approved by the Commissioner or otherwise\n\npermitted to be issued.
