No policy of life insurance other than industrial, group,\n\nand pure endowments with or without return of premiums or of\n\npremiums and interest, shall be delivered or issued for delivery in\n\nOklahoma unless it contains in substance all of the provisions\n\nrequired by Sections 4003 to 4014, inclusive, of this article. This\n\nsection shall not apply to annuity contracts nor to any provision of\n\na life insurance policy relating to disability benefits or to\n\nadditional benefits in the event of death by accident or accidental\n\nmeans.\n\nB.
