Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4013","heading":"Payment of claims","body":"There shall be a provision that when a policy shall become a\n\nclaim by the death of the insured settlement shall be made upon\n\nreceipt of due proof of death and, at the insurer's option,\n\nsurrender of the policy and/or proof of the interest of the\n\nclaimant.
