No annuity or pure endowment contract, other than\n\nreversionary annuities, survivorship annuities or group annuities\n\nand except as stated herein, shall be delivered or issued for\n\ndelivery in this state unless it contains in substance each of the\n\nprovisions specified in Sections 4017 to 4022, inclusive, of this\n\narticle. Any of such provisions not applicable to single premium\n\nannuities or single premium pure endowment contracts shall not, to\n\nthat extent, be incorporated therein.\n\nB.
