Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4030.9","heading":"Maturity dates","body":"For the purpose of determining the benefits calculated under\n\nSections 4030.7 and 4030.8 of this title for annuity contracts\n\nissued on or after November 1, 2013, the maturity date shall be\n\ndeemed to be the latest date for which election shall be permitted\n\nby the contract, but shall not be deemed to be later than the\n\nanniversary of the contract next following the annuitant's\n\nseventieth birthday or the tenth anniversary of the contract,\n\nwhichever is later.
