Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4055.5","heading":"Filing of forms - Disapproval by Commissioner","body":"A person shall not use a viatical settlement contract form or\n\nprovide to a viator a disclosure statement form in this state unless\n\nfirst filed with and approved by the Insurance Commissioner. The\n\nCommissioner shall disapprove a viatical settlement contract form or\n\ndisclosure statement form if, in the Commissioner’s opinion, the\n\ncontract or provisions contained therein fail to meet the\n\nrequirements of Sections 8, 9 and 12 and subsection B of Section 13\n\nof this act or are unreasonable, contrary to the interests of the\n\npublic, or otherwise misleading or unfair to the viator.
