Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4104","heading":"Right to individual policy; notice of right; time for","body":"exercising right.\n\nIf any individual insured under a group life insurance policy\n\nhereafter delivered in this state becomes entitled under the terms\n\nof such policy to have an individual policy of life insurance issued\n\nto him without evidence of insurability, subject to making of\n\napplication and payment of the first premium within the period\n\nspecified in such policy, and if such individual is not given notice\n\nof the existence of such right at least fifteen (15) days prior to\n\nthe expiration date of such period, then, in such event the\n\nindividual shall have an additional period within which to exercise\n\nsuch right, but nothing herein contained shall be construed to\n\ncontinue any insurance beyond the period provided in such policy.\n\nThis additional period shall expire fifteen (15) days next after the\n\nindividual is given such notice but in no event shall such\n\nadditional period extend beyond sixty (60) days next after the\n\nexpiration date of the period provided in such policy.
