Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4208","heading":"Dividends","body":"If a participating policy, there shall be a provision that the\n\ninsurer shall annually ascertain and apportion any divisible surplus\n\naccruing on the policy, except that at the option of the insurer\n\nsuch participation may be deferred to the end of the fifth policy\n\nyear.
