Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4215","heading":"Conversion","body":"There may be a provision in the case of industrial policies\n\ngranting to the insured, upon proper written request and upon\n\npresentation of evidence of insurability satisfactory to the\n\ninsurer, the privilege of converting any industrial insurance policy\n\nto any form of life insurance with less frequent premium payments\n\nregularly issued by the insurer, in accordance with terms and\n\nconditions agreed upon with the insurer.
