Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4808","heading":"Homeowner's policies - Automatic increase in coverage","body":"No homeowner's policy shall automatically increase coverage for\n\nreplacement of a home of an insured unless the insured or his\n\ndesignated representative has been notified of the amount of\n\nincreased replacement coverage not less than thirty (30) days prior\n\nto the renewal date. The provisions of this section shall not apply\n\nif the insured provides to the insurer written consent to automatic\n\nincreases in coverage.
