Stat. tit. 36, § 36-5104","heading":"Transactions to be authorized in writing - Required","body":"provisions.\n\nTransactions between an RB and the insurer the RB represents in\n\nsuch capacity shall be entered into only pursuant to a written\n\nauthorization, specifying the responsibilities of each party. The\n\nauthorization shall, at a minimum, contain provisions that:\n\n1. The insurer may terminate the authority of the RB at any\n\ntime;\n\n2. The RB shall render accounts to the insurer accurately\n\ndetailing all material transactions, including information necessary\n\nto support all commissions, charges and other fees received by, or\n\nowing, to the RB, and remit all funds due to the insurer within\n\nthirty (30) days of receipt;\n\n3. All funds collected for the insurer's account shall be held\n\nby the RB in a fiduciary capacity in a bank which is a qualified\n\nU.S. financial institution;\n\n4. The RB shall comply with Section 26 of this act;\n\n5. The RB shall comply with the written standards established\n\nby the insurer for the cession or retrocession of all risks; and\n\n6.
