For at least ten (10) years after the expiration of each\n\ncontract of reinsurance transacted by an RB, the RB shall keep a\n\ncomplete record for each transaction showing:\n\n1. The type of contract, limits, underwriting restrictions,\n\nclasses or risks and territory;\n\n2. Period of coverage, including effective and expiration\n\ndates, cancellation provisions and notice required of cancellation;\n\n3. Reporting and settlement requirements of balances;\n\n4. Rate used to compute the reinsurance premium;\n\n5. Names and addresses of assuming reinsurers;\n\n6. Rates of all reinsurance commissions, including, but not\n\nlimited to, the commissions on any retrocessions handled by the RB;\n\n7. Related correspondence and memoranda;\n\n8. Proof of placement;\n\n9. Details regarding retrocessions handled by the RB, including\n\nthe identity of retrocessionaires and percentage of each contract\n\nassumed or ceded;\n\n10. Financial records, including but not limited to, premium\n\nand loss accounts; and\n\n11. If the RB procures a reinsurance contract on behalf of a\n\nlicensed ceding insurer:\n\na. directly from any assuming reinsurer, written evidence\n\nthat the assuming reinsurer has agreed to assume the\n\nrisk, or\n\nb. if placed through a representative of the assuming\n\nreinsurer, other than an employee, written evidence\n\nthat such reinsurer has delegated binding authority to\n\nthe representative.\n\nB.
