Stat. tit. 36, § 36-5401","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"340B drug\" means a drug that has been subject to any offer\n\nfor reduced prices by a manufacturer pursuant to Section 256b of\n\nTitle 42 of the United States Code and is purchased by a covered\n\nentity as defined in Section 256b(a)(4) of Title 42 of the United\n\nStates Code;\n\n2. \"340B entity\" means an entity participating or authorized to\n\nparticipate in the federal 340B drug discount program, as described\n\nin Section 256b of Title 42 of the United States Code, including its\n\npharmacy, or any pharmacy contracted with the participating entity\n\nto dispense drugs purchased through the 340B drug discount program;\n\n3. \"Pharmacy\" means a pharmacy licensed by the Oklahoma State\n\nBoard of Pharmacy, except that patients who are provided pharmacy\n\ncare shall be physically located in the state; and\n\n4. \"Pharmacy benefits manager\" means a person that performs\n\npharmacy benefits management and any other person acting for such\n\nperson under a contractual or employment relationship in the\n\nperformance of pharmacy benefits management for a managed care\n\ncompany, nonprofit hospital, medical service organization, insurance\n\ncompany, third-party payor or a health program administered by a\n\ndepartment of this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bb1d9407108dc111ba37a8049891d5d3fef6b1481a8c69d8bc2eda67b1514f6f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-5400","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-5402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
