Nothing in this section is to be construed or applied to be\n\nless restrictive than federal law for a person or entity regulated\n\nby this act.\n\nB. Nothing in this act is to be construed or applied to be in\n\nconflict with any of the following:\n\n1. Applicable federal law and related regulations; or\n\n2. Other laws of this state if the state law is compatible with\n\napplicable federal law.\n\nC. Limited distribution of a drug required under Section 355-1\n\nof Title 21 of the United States Code is not to be construed as a\n\nviolation of this section.\n\nD.
