Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6012","heading":"Participation in premium assistance program – Recognition","body":"of self-funded or self-insured health care plans.\n\nThe Insurance Department shall recognize self-funded or self-\n\ninsured health care plans for the exclusive purpose of participation\n\nin the premium assistance program created under Section 1010.1 of\n\nTitle 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes if such plans meet the\n\nrequirements under subsection J of Section 1010.1 of Title 56 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
