Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6035","heading":"Enforcement of act - Definitions","body":"This act shall be administered and enforced by the Insurance\n\nCommissioner. The term \"insurer\" when used in this act means any\n\ndomestic life insurance company during the first two (2) years of\n\nits existence and the provisions hereof are applicable to any such\n\ninsurer and to any person, firm or corporation that holds, sells or\n\ndeals in equity securities or options therefor of any domestic life\n\ninsurance company during the first two years of existence or prior\n\nthereto. Provided, however, the provisions of this act shall not\n\napply after a period of two (2) years subsequent to the latest\n\nregistration for public offering under the Oklahoma Uniform\n\nSecurities Act of 2004. The term \"equity securities\" when used\n\nherein includes options therefor.
