Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6045","heading":"Reimbursement for mental or behavioral health or alcohol","body":"or drug treatment services.\n\nNotwithstanding any provision of any individual or group policy,\n\ncontract, plan or agreement of accident and/or health insurance or\n\nany provisions of a policy, contract, plan or agreement for hospital\n\nor medical service or indemnity, whenever such policy, contract,\n\nplan or agreement provides for reimbursement for any mental or\n\nbehavioral health or alcohol and drug treatment service which is\n\nwithin the lawful scope of practice of a duly licensed physician,\n\nphysician assistant, licensed clinical social worker, licensed\n\nprofessional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist,\n\nlicensed alcohol and drug counselor, licensed behavioral\n\npractitioner, licensed psychologist, or advance practice registered\n\nnurse, the person entitled to benefits, or the person performing\n\nservices, under such policy, contract, plan or agreement shall be\n\nentitled to reimbursement on an equitable basis for such service at\n\na rate commensurate with the requirements for their licensure.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b0ee0356cd0d65595386cebb3203debcab61dfd25b077e8c223d4c490fbc81a6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6041","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-605"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
