Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6057.2","heading":"Penalties","body":"For any violation of the Health Care Freedom of Choice Act, the\n\nInsurance Commissioner may, after notice and opportunity hearing,\n\nsubject an insurer or practitioner to an administrative penalty of\n\nnot less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each occurrence. Such\n\nadministrative penalty may be enforced in the same manner in which\n\ncivil judgments may be enforced.
