To pay the qualified medical expenses of the eligible\n\nindividual or their dependents; or\n\n2. To purchase a health coverage policy certificate, or\n\ncontract, if the eligible individual:\n\na. is receiving unemployment compensation,\n\nb. is exercising continuation privileges under federal\n\nlaw, or\n\nc. is purchasing a long-term care insurance contract; or\n\n3.
