Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6060.30","heading":"Living organ donor protection","body":"No insurer in this state shall refuse to insure, or refuse to\n\ncontinue to insure, or limit the amount, extent or kind of coverage\n\navailable for life insurance, disability insurance or long-term care\n\ninsurance to an individual, or charge an individual a different rate\n\nfor the same coverage solely because of his or her status as a\n\nliving organ donor.
