Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6060.41","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Right to Shop Act:\n\n1. \"Allowed amount\" means the contractually agreed-upon amount\n\npaid by a carrier to a health care entity participating in the\n\nnetwork of the carrier;\n\n2. \"Comparable health care service\" means any covered\n\nnonemergency health care service or bundle of services. The\n\nInsurance Commissioner may limit what is considered a comparable\n\nhealth care service if an insurance carrier can demonstrate allowed\n\namount variation among network providers is less than Fifty Dollars\n\n($50.00);\n\n3. \"Health benefit plan\" means any plan as defined in\n\nsubsection C of Section 6060.4 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. \"Insurance carrier\" or \"carrier\" means an insurance company\n\nthat issues policies of accident and health insurance and is\n\nlicensed to sell insurance in this state;\n\n5. \"Shared savings incentive\" means a voluntary and optional\n\nfinancial incentive that an insurance carrier may provide to an\n\nenrollee for choosing certain health care services under a shared\n\nsavings incentive program; and\n\n6. \"Shared savings incentive program\" means a voluntary and\n\noptional incentive program established by an insurance carrier\n\npursuant to this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bf00741bd7902d7f418da8d0ac7c4336b4b75c8a8fae7b9e7ee6c9b08d96981b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6060.40","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6060.42"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
