A health benefit plan, as defined in subsection C of Section\n\n6060.4 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, that provides coverage\n\nfor cancer therapy shall be prohibited from holding proton radiation\n\ntherapy to a higher standard of clinical evidence for medical policy\n\nbenefit coverage decisions than the health plan requires for\n\ncoverage of any other radiation therapy treatment.\n\nB.
