Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6062","heading":"Application of insurance laws","body":"Except for Sections 4003, 4008, 4009, 4010, 4011, 4017, 4021,\n\n4022, 4029, subsection 1 of 4103, 4106 and 4109, and except as\n\notherwise provided in this act, all pertinent provisions of the\n\ninsurance laws of this state shall apply to separate accounts and\n\ncontracts relating thereto, provided, that such individual contracts\n\ndelivered in this state shall contain grace, reinstatement and\n\nnonforfeiture provisions appropriate to such contracts.
