Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6092","heading":"Limitations on subrogation and set-off under medical","body":"coverage.\n\nNo provision in an automobile liability policy or endorsement\n\nfor such coverage effective in this state issued by an insurer on\n\nand after the effective date of this act which grants the insurer\n\nthe right of subrogation for payment of benefits under the expenses\n\nfor the medical services coverage portion of the policy, to a named\n\ninsured under the policy, or to any relative of the named insured\n\nwho is a member of the named insured's household shall be valid and\n\nenforceable; provided, that such policy or endorsement may provide\n\nfor said insurer's rights of subrogation and set-off upon such\n\npayments to any person who is not a named insured under the policy\n\nor a relative of the named insured who is a member of the named\n\ninsured's household.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"041c46d325c126d04daf10838d4624fbbbc6badd098aaf84e0b492a395f24511","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6091","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-610"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
