Service of process on a person as defined in Section\n\n6103.3 of this title in a civil suit for injunctive relief under\n\nSection 6103.3 of this title or to recover a civil penalty under\n\nSection 6103.7 of this title shall be made by serving the Secretary\n\nof State as agent of the person.\n\n2. Service of process shall be made pursuant to Section 2004 of\n\nTitle 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Insurance Commissioner shall\n\nnot pay a fee. Persons served under the provisions of Sections\n\n6103.1 through 6103.11 of this title shall not be considered foreign\n\ninsurance companies.\n\nB.
